Our Founders
Tiger Pointe was founded on the Lee Tenzer family's vision of community - "a community as strong as the opportunities it offers its citizens.

Guided by its founders, Lee and Marilyn Tenzer, Tiger Pointe Golf & Event Center has stayed true to this family vision - one that honors a long history of golf and community in Putnam County - with world-class amenities accessible to both our valued members and to our broader public community.
Meet Our Staff
Clint Wallman - General Manager/Director of Golf
Clint brings over 38 years of experience as a PGA Professional and has served as the Men's and Women's Golf Coach at DePauw University since 2022. Widely respected in the golf community, Clint has been named one of "The Top 100 Teachers in America" by both Golf Digest and Golf Magazine. He is also a two-time Pacific Northwest PGA Teacher of the Year and a four-time Inland Empire PGA Teacher of the Year.
Clint began his collegiate coaching career at Indiana University in 2004, where he led the Hoosiers to six NCAA Division I Regional appearances and two trips to the NCAA Division I Championships (2007 & 2019).
In addition to his collegiate coaching, Clint has served as the head golf professional at several prestigious clubs and courses. From 1996 to 2002, he owned and operated the Clint Wallman Golf School in Spokane, Washington.
Throughout his career, Clint has remained committed to growing the game of golf by building strong connections between golfers and their communities. His passions lie in helping players of all levels improve their game while fostering a love for the lifelong game.
Kendra Eckert - Director of Events
Kendra Eckert grew up in the restaurant industry. She combines her talent and her 30+ years of experience as an event planner with her creativity for entertaining to provide Tiger Pointe guests with memorable events they’ll talk about for years to come. From small, intimate gatherings to sit-down wedding receptions for 200 to high-profile fundraisers and corporate events, her top priority is the ultimate customer experience.

As Tiger Pointe’s Director of Events, Kendra oversees all aspects of the facility’s hospitality. She is a trusted consultant that knows her way around a catering kitchen as well as the golf course. Reach out to Kendra for help planning your next important event.
Aaron Long - Course Superintendent
Aaron graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Turf Science. He has been working on golf courses since he was 17 and has been the superintendent at Tiger Pointe since 2019. Aaron has a passion for maintaining the course and providing golfers with a great playing surface. Aaron’s other interests include crossword and sudoku puzzles, playing ping pong, and woodworking.
